The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou Movie Poster
 

With the challenge of capturing the essence of the film without copying aesthetic, thematic elements were used as inspiration for this movie posters. The seahorses, which are simplified and unique versions of the rainbow ponyfish, are arranged in a circle to embody a submarine window. There is one for each member of Zissou’s crew, and can be viewed as representative of sperm since infertility is a theme of the film.
